Rohde & Associates provided the master planning services as well as the construction documents and administration services to erect phase one construction as depicted in the master plan.
The phase one renovation (4,077 sq. ft.) included four multipurpose rooms with movable partitions, janitor’s room, an arctic entry, three day care class rooms, two offices, two corridors, and a teachers’ lounge.
The phase one expansion (3,118 sq. ft.) of the facility included the construction of two additional multipurpose rooms with movable partitions, a new day care classroom, a commercial kitchen, storage room, mechanical room, a new fenced in playground, and site landscaping
