Dowling Industrial Complex

Rohde & Associates provided core and shell Construction Documents for the new industrial warehouse complex located at 1713 East 64th Avenue in Anchorage, Alaska. The scope of work consisted of (2) 18,360 square foot pre-engineered metal buildings that were subdivided into (20) individual suites varying in size, allowing a wide range of potential occupancy types/ uses. Rohde & Associates had to address many challenges in attaining Municipal approval of the complex in order to maximize usage of the very long and narrow available lot for the owner.
