Rohde & Associates provided Construction Documents for the Dimond Restaurant tenant improvement located at 135 West Dimond Blvd. in Anchorage, Alaska. The 3,012 square foot Dimond Restaurant can seat 66 patrons and has a full commercial kitchen equipped to also serve the adjacent banquet hall and a full service bar. The attached banquet hall is 4,219 square feet and has the space available to easily seat 222 patrons.
