Rohde & Associates provided Construction Documents and administration services for the Congregation Beth Sholom – Joy Greisen Education Center - addition located at 7525 East Northern Lights Blvd. in Anchorage, Alaska. The 2,334-square foot addition (phase 4, of a Rohde & Associates’ master plan) allows the center to expand high demand day care services to an ever-growing local population. Phase 5, completed simultaneously, was an exterior upgrade/ renovation providing new pre-finished metal siding and color schemes defining the physical areas of the synagogue and day care center to the entire existing facility and the new day care addition. Part of this phase 5 renovation was to replace windows beyond their serviceability within the synagogue with new high efficiency PVC framed windows.
